is the bottom line? A: The bottom line is that I will do what is necessary to make your experience with my company a pleasant one. You can feel secure in your satisfaction. If its broke I will fix it. If its missing I will get it to you in time. If its not on my website I will bend over backwards to find it for you at the right price. When you receive your order I want you to feel like you got great value for your money. You have some responsibility as well. When you receive your order please check it for missing or damaged goods. Our service is excellent and our merchandise is top notch, but I've yet to become perfect and mistakes happen. The key is how they are resolved. Q: How much are shipping charges and when will I receive my order? A: Minimum shipping/handling charge is only $5.00. We love small orders. You small order people are the lifeblood of Magic Matt. I try really hard to throw extra goodies in every small order. Extra batteries are almost always included. Small orders are sent by usps first class or priority mail and will arrive to you up to three weeks after an order is placed so please designate speedier shipping or call Magic Matt to place your order if its needed in a hurry. While these order could take up to three weeks they are mostly recieved within a week or so. UPS Ground or US Priority Mail will be used for most shipments over one pound within the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped by US Priority Mail. Note: Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's only guarantees delivery times with FedEx or UPS Air orders. Orders placed after 2 pm PST may not ship the same day. For express shipments after 2pm PST please call to place your order. Magic Matt will only use your private information to conduct any current sales. We will not share your information with anyone and we will not use your information for marketing purposes. Please provide your phone number for large orders for shipping purposes only.

I DONT HAVE A CREDIT CARD PAY PAL: MONEY ORDERS: Your order will be shipped within 72 hours after the money order arrives. Q: What is your return policy? A: REFUND / RETURN POLICY Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's does not sell merchandise on approval. Refunds and returns are only made for defective merchandise or shortages. Shortages: Any order which is shipped incomplete will be completed by Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's. We will either ship the missing items at no additional shipping charge or give credit for future purchases. Notification of shortages must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Defective merchandise: If any merchandise is defective,
Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's will either replace it or give a refund.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Notification of defective merchandise
must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Magic Matt's Brilliant
Blinky's may require that the defective merchandise be returned. DO NOT
return any merchandise without first getting a Return Authorization number.
Q: How can I tell if a site uses a secure server and if a company is real? A: In the address (or URL) field, the "http" will change to "https" - the "s" stands for secure. In addition, there will be either a closed padlock or a complete key on the top and bottom of your browser window. The padlock or key will also be highlighted. If the page is not secure, the key will be broken in half and the padlock will be open. If you order online from Magic Matt's Brilliant Blinky's - you will notice these items when it comes time to input your credit card information. Never order online from a site that is not secure and don't send your credit card info over the e-mail. Q: Are your products good for fundraisers? A: Our products are perfect for fundraisers. They are fun for the sellers and the buyers alike, and they generate large amounts of money quickly for your school or other organization too. Q: Does Magic Matt's Ship Internationally? For international orders, if you like, you can place your order on the website and I will send you a paypal money request for any addtional shipping costs for the international shipment. Depending on the size of the order the extra shipping amount will usualy be from 20 - 60 dollars. Or you may call me to place your order and I will give you a shipping quote first. Q: What is the shelf life of a blinky? Blinkys will last several years without use as long as they are kept away from moisture and heat. Store blinkys in a dry area under seventy degrees farenheit. |
